Remove Tur-Duc-Ken from plastic bag and place in pan that you will use for baking. Allow to thaw completely.
Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 2 1/2 - 3 hours or until internal temperature, taken with a meat thermometer, reaches
a minimum of 180 degrees.
Thawing takes approximately 2 days in refrigerator.
Heating
in boilable bags:
This applies to any item that is fully cooked. Specific times
will follow after directions.
Inspect bag, if bag is torn or broken, this method cannot be used.
Submerge
sealed bag into 180 degree water (simmering), do not allow the water to boil. Use a large container with a rack or place
item in a basket, then submerge. Allow item to heat for the time specified. **Use caution when handling
hot bags**
